Day Planner, Notes & Alarms
Sebastian — Daily Assistant
Sebastian pulls your calendar, reminders, notes, alarms and timers into one place, and keeps them tied to the people they are actually about.
Link a calendar, a reminder list, a note, an alarm or a timer to a person, and Sebastian builds them a thread — one timeline of every appointment, reminder, note and comment involving them. Filter it to one kind of entry, then share it as text or a formatted PDF. It is the fastest way to answer “what has been going on with Mum’s care?” without digging through four apps.
A shopping list that knows the store. Items sort themselves into aisles and categories, and one tap filters the list to the store you are standing in. Buy Again resurfaces what you actually buy, a per-trip budget keeps the total honest as you shop, and receipt scanning remembers what you paid at each store — read on your device, never kept — so next trip’s estimates match the register.
Multiple named timers, full alarm scheduling, and fasting timers that keep running past their target so you can see how long you actually fasted.
Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets, launcher cards, Live Activities, Control Center controls, Spotlight search and Siri Shortcuts.
A large-type, glanceable view of what is next when you are on the road.
Your calendar, reminders and contacts stay on your device and in Apple’s own apps. Sebastian asks for what it needs and nothing more. There is no account and no sign-up.
Free shows every calendar and reminder list you have — nothing is hidden. You can add to and edit any three of each, and tick off or delete a reminder wherever it lives. It includes alarms, timers, severe weather alerts, and the small and medium widgets.
Sebastian Plus is a single one-time purchase — no subscription, nothing to renew — and it lifts every limit: editing in all your calendars and lists, unlimited notes, sync across your devices, full thread history and export, hourly and 10-day forecasts, focus timers, shared tags and the large launcher widgets. It is shareable with your Family Sharing group. New installs get 30 days of everything to try first.
No subscription and nothing to renew. New installs get the complete experience for 30 days.

Version 2.28
Tasks Done Right
TaskFlow Studio: because your to-do list was getting a little too confident.
Your tasks, calendar, and notes finally agreed to sit at the same table. TaskFlow Studio is built on Apple Reminders and Calendar, so everything stays in sync with the apps you already use, and it adds the planning tools those apps leave out.
It looks and feels like it belongs on your iPhone and iPad, because it does. Standard iOS lists, familiar gestures, and no learning curve. Productivity apps should help you do the work, not become the work.
Not every list works the same way. Your lists shouldn’t have to, either.
A shopping list needs quantities and categories. A project needs stages, milestones, and dependencies. A packing list helps you see what’s ready to go. A Watch Later list needs show details, episode progress, and upcoming releases.
TaskFlow’s List Types give each list the tools that fit its purpose. Instead of squeezing everything into a basic checklist, you can organize the details that matter and take useful actions right where you need them.
The idea is simple: choose a list type that matches what you’re trying to do. You get a clearer view, more useful details, and fewer steps between organizing something and getting it done.
TaskFlow Web Notes brings your notes to any browser. Sign in with the same Apple Account you use in TaskFlow — everything syncs through your own iCloud, with no separate account and nothing stored on our servers.
Daily planners, Reminders power users, calendar-driven work, and anyone juggling home, health, family, and work lists. Also people who love tags a normal amount.
TaskFlow Studio helps your tasks go from “I should remember that” to “handled.” Finally. Mostly. Tomorrow also exists.
Version 1.16
Meds, Refills & Reminders
MedTrack keeps every prescription refill on track — for you and everyone in your care.
Track medications for your whole family in one place. Each medication moves through a clear refill pipeline — Due, Needs Orders, Ordered, Waiting, Ready, Refilled — so you always know exactly where things stand, for every person you’re tracking.
Whether you’re managing your own prescriptions or coordinating refills for aging parents, kids, or a larger household, MedTrack keeps the whole picture in view — without letting the details slip through the cracks.
Version 2.5
Fasting, Timer, & Alarm
FastTrack Timer — Fasting Timer & Tracker
Take the guesswork out of intermittent fasting. FastTrack keeps your fasting window, your eating window, and your streak all in one clean, glanceable timer — with Live Activities, widgets, and reminders that keep you on track without opening the app.
Simple, focused, and built to fit into your day — download FastTrack and start your next fast in seconds.
Organize, Edit & Rediscover Your Photos
Your best photos deserve more than a place in your camera roll.
PhotoFlow Studio helps you organize, edit, and rediscover your photo library. Find a favorite moment, bring out the details in a beautiful shot, compare memories from different years, or work through a crowded camera roll — one manageable session at a time. Built for iPhone and iPad, PhotoFlow Studio brings browsing, creative tools, and thoughtful cleanup into one place.
Spend less time searching and sorting — and more time enjoying the moments you captured.
Version 1.0 — in the works
What shipped, in plain language. Newest first — this page updates with every release.
Alarms & Timers on Today Your next alarm and your saved timers now have a permanent spot on Today. Start a saved timer with one tap, and while one is running, its live countdown and controls are right there.
Modcast 2.28 makes everyday listening quicker and adds a few new touches. Episode summaries: Modcast can now summarize any transcribed episode right on your device, with key moments you can tap to jump straight there. (Modcast Plus; requires Apple Intelligence.)
Refills and pickups, made easier One tap to move a refill along. Every refill shows its next step as a button (Mark Ordered, Mark Ready, Mark Picked Up), on the Refills tab, the Medications tab, and each person's page.
New in 2.2.7: a brand-new Today — a Now card with what's on now and next, one-tap Join, Directions and Running Late, and reminders added by typing, like 'Call plumber tomorrow 9am'.
New in 2.2.6: Sebastian on the web — with Sebastian Plus and iCloud Sync on, see your day in any browser at modcaststudios.app/sebastian/today: Today, Calendar, Reminders, and Weather. Reminders can be checked off, reopened and added from your browser; everything else is edited in the app.
Easier dose tracking Check off doses like a list. Tap the circle next to each medication to mark it taken, or use Mark All Taken when several are due at the same time. Skip or change a dose from its menu.
New in 2.27: a redesigned Your Listening dashboard — your week, your totals, your streaks — plus a Free vs Plus comparison that spells out what stays free after a trial ends.
Whats New in MedTrack 2.3 Dose tracking is more compact on the Today page, with a streamlined status summary and expandable dose groups to reduce scrolling.
New in Sebastian: Collections! Keep a project’s notes, reminders, calendar events, and contacts together—because “I know I put that somewhere” isn’t much of an organizing system. Add existing items or create new ones without moving the originals.
Track your fasts, timers, and alarms more easily with refreshed Live Activities. Clearer countdowns and paused/completed states
Dose tracking is easier to scan and manage. Dose groups now show how many doses remain and how many are complete, with clearer due times and early-dose availability.
We’ve been tidying up Sebastian so you can spend less time managing your day and more time living it. Notes now has a cleaner layout, easier formatting, and save status—because “Did that save?” shouldn’t be another thing on your mind.
NEW IN 1.16 Library: TaskFlow for the shows, movies, articles and books you’ve saved
Modcast on the web (Beta) — new with Modcast Plus Listen in any web browser at modcaststudios.app/modcast/player. Sign in with your Apple Account and your shows, Releases, Up Next and your place in every episode are already there, kept in step with your iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Pause on…
Shopping Lists, Built In Turn any Reminders list into a Shopping list. Items are grouped by aisle and show their amount, store and price, with a running total.
Smarter dose reminders One alert per dose time. Medications due at the same time now arrive together in a single notification instead of one alert each.
NEW IN 1.15 Make TaskFlow yours
Modcast 2.03: The Big Tidy-Up We went through every screen with a fine-tooth comb, and with a slightly embarrassing amount of coffee.
Here’s an updated What’s New covering everything in 2.2.2: Reminders
What’s New NOTES ON THE WEB (BETA) — PART OF SEBASTIAN PLUS
A cleaner Modcast that listens better (to you and to Siri) A simpler player. Artwork, controls, and the current chapter. Tap the chapter name to jump anywhere in the episode. Show notes and bookmarks are a tap away under •••.
A big polish update for FastTrack. TIMER
Easier, safer, and friendlier to use Undo for refill changes
Simplified medication and refill lists, improved pharmacy pickup selection, made recent PRN doses easier to review, and polished Medication Details with clearer, collapsible sections. We’re continually working to make MedTracker easier to use and maintain, with smoother everyday medication tracking.
Watch Later makes keeping up with your favorite shows easier: Track watched episodes, season progress, and what’s next.
Added faster PRN medication setup with product strength and form lookup, plus matching FDA label directions for reference. Improved medication details while keeping dose intervals and daily limits under your control.
his update makes planning your day and capturing notes easier. A refreshed Today page with a compact day summary, customizable sections, and a collapsible Tomorrow section.
TaskFlow 1.10 adds Read Later and Watch Later widgets with media previews, a cleaner Read Later layout, faster sharing to your lists, bulk editing with Undo, and simplified shopping controls.
TaskFlow now looks and works like the Apple apps you already know — standard iOS lists, tab bar, and toolbars, in light or dark mode, with your choice of accent color. Fewer custom screens, more getting things done.
The site grew three new ways to find your fit: honest head-to-head comparison tables, use-case guides for real situations, and interactive demos you can try before downloading.
Bring your medications in from the Health app — MedTrack matches them against what you already track and shows every match for your review first, brand and generic names included. It only reads from Health; it never writes to it.
Save from Notes, Safari, Photos, and more into a new or existing note. Time Sensitive notifications can break through Focus, alarms and timers stay in step across devices, and a round of freeze fixes keeps things smooth.
AirPlay video now plays on Samsung, LG, Sony, and other AirPlay TVs — not just Apple TV — and casting mid-episode picks up where you left off. Search gets its own tab, and new follows bring the latest two episodes instead of the whole back catalogue.
Bug fixes and stability improvements, plus updated support and privacy links.
A new Insights tab combines History and Trends with a weekly comparison summary, first-run setup helps you pick a starting plan, and Log a Fast is now free.
Modcast Studios gets a home on the web — five apps, one privacy-first story, and a direct line to support.
Live from the App Store — 4 stars and up, unfiltered. This wall updates itself as new reviews come in.

Caring for someone means appointments, medications, and updates scattered across apps, voicemails, and sticky notes. These two were built to pull it together — starting with the person, not the list.
One timeline per person. Link appointments, reminders, notes, alarms, and timers to the person they’re actually about.
Every prescription refill on track — for you and everyone in your care.
You listen at 2x, you have opinions about chapter art, and your queue is a lifestyle. Modcast is built for exactly you.
A modern podcast player for audio and video — with transcripts, smart bookmarks, sleep timer, and Apple TV sync.
When “just wing it” stops being a strategy, you need a plan — not another list to feel guilty about.
Your tasks, calendar, and notes finally agreed to sit at the same table — built on Apple Reminders and Calendar.
When your chaos revolves around people — kids, parents, clients — organize around them instead.
Intermittent fasting works best when tracking it takes five seconds. No accounts, no subscriptions, no meal-plan upsells.
Intermittent fasting made simple — track your windows, streaks, and insights with Live Activities and widgets.
